Grilled Salmon

Creamy avocado spread onto well-toasted bread is one of my favorite quick meals. Actually, it’s one of my favorite meals in general. It’s so delicious, I’d call it one of life’s simplest pleasures.As usual, I have some strong opinions on what makes the best avocado toast. So today, I thought I’d share my basic recipe, with my best tips and favorite variations.

  • 2 eggs

    Large

  • 2 slices

    Sourdough bread

  • 1 tbsp

    Olive oil

  • 1 tbsp

    Hemp seeds (garnish)

  • 3 grams

    Spicy oriental mustard microgreens

DIRECTIONS

  • Step 1) Heat the oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add the eggs and cook until the whites are set and the yolk is still runny, about 4-5 minutes.

  • Step 2) Cut the Avocado into slices after splitting it into 4ths. Thinly slice delicately into strips. and place down with a knife

  • Step 3) Divide the avocado between the slices of bread, then top with the eggs and a handful of microgreens. Sprinkle with hemp hearts.
